  • This registration is only available to members registering for a booth space with electricity.

    For vendor members with a company membership, please register for booth space only once, all other NPFMA members within your company can register as member attendees.

This is a fantastic opportunity for our vendor members to display their goods and services!

Members display for FREE!
Must be a member in good standing

Participation Information

  • Vendor must indicate if they need electricity when registering for display space
  • Vendor must advise NPFMA whether they have a backdrop display
  • Vendors provide their own skirting & table coverings
  • NPFMA must be notified in advance of any oversize displays or heavy equipment
  • Vendors are required to set up displays the day before the event
  • NPFMA provides 1 standard table (8'x30") and 2 chairs
  • Please advise NPFMA if you will be doing drawings at your booth so that we can promote "FM Only" drawings in e-blasts

Display spaces limited to 55
Booths will be assigned FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
no exceptions
