Space will be assigned first come first served-no exceptions

• Vendor must indicate if they need electricity when registering
• Vendor must advise NPFMA whether they have a backdrop display
• Vendors must provide their own skirting & table coverings
• NPFMA must be notified in advance of any oversize displays or heavy equipment
• NPFMA provides 1 standard (8'x30") table and 2 chairs
• Please advise NPFMA if you will be doing drawings at your booth so that we can promote "FM ONLY" drawings in e-blasts

• All signage and booth display must be for member company only and not suppliers or vendors of member company.
