Nevada Division of Industrial Relations Releases Update on OSHA Enforcement Process

Due to increasing COVID-19 caseload in Nevada, OSHA has updated their enforcement process.   You can also view their dashboard that provides detailed information about OSHA’s COVID-19 enforcement efforts. See: http://dir.nv.gov/OSHA/Home/
